We are:

At One Hope Community, we’re a group of people who care about each other and feel like we belong together.

Most of us live in or near Midtown Kingston. Some have been part of this church for a long time. Others are pretty new.

One Hope Community at the Clinton Avenue UMC is a spiritual community for all people in search of God’s love, healing, and recovery.  We are an open, diverse, and supportive community for people of all ages, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, economic circumstances, family types, mental and physical capacities. God welcomes ALL – and so do we.

Our goal is to build a community of love and respect that brings us closer to God, the world, and each other.

Together we affirm the hope, love, and justice of Jesus Christ as our communal standards.

We don’t have all the answers, but with God’s help, we are figuring things out together.
